Accounts and Timecodes can be used at the same time or the admin has the option of allowing only one mode. Ex. Timecodes only. The admin can modify the CCP Client login to reflect the prepaid pricing setup of the cafe.
Account Mode
Charge your customers for prepaid time which they can access using a Username and Password. Accounts can be created for 5 minutes to 999 hours.
Timecode Mode
Charge your customers for prepaid using a 5 to 15 digit alpha-numeric code. Timecodes can be created for 5 minutes to 999 hours.
User Account Photos
Add user pictures to accounts with any webcam and a simple click of a button! Or add an already existing image such as user image, photo ID such as passport or drivers license, etc.

Custom Pricing Grids
Create any pricing structure to suit your cafe. Assign different prices to Timecodes and Accounts and sell them at the same time. This allows you to have different pricing for Accounts and Timecodes. Example: Give members (Accounts) a discount over walk-in business (Timecodes)
Grouped Accounts/Timecodes
Sell Timecodes that only work on specific computers in your cafe. ie. You can have codes that only work on gaming or surfing computers. (3 groups max.).
Overtime Mode Option
Overtime mode allows the customer to continue with the program they are running when their time expires. The admin can then ask them to buy more time or end the session. The Control Station will be notified when this occurs. This is disabled by default.
End of Session Options
Choose what happens to your computer at the end of each session. You can: lock the computer, reboot, enter Overtime mode or run a batch file. |
