Full Point-of-Sale (POS) functionality with pre-priced buttons for each item or service you sell, the option to calculate and present the correct change for any amount presented to the Operator -- and much more.
320 POS Buttons
320 POS Buttons are available for POS sales customization, with graphic icons option in addition to text labels, pricing, tax - and custom labeling of 4 sets, and 4 tabs within each, for easily configuring pre-priced buttons for easy, error-proof charges. (4 sets x 4 tabs x 20 buttons/tab = 320 buttons).
Client Program & Configuration Settings
Copying Client Settings (security settings, program paths, log-on skins, your logo, etc.) are easily copied to from 1 Client to all other Client Computers. Just set up 1 Client computer as desired -- and then copy settings to all other Client Computers from the MCS (though logo images must be installed on each Client). You can also Export a Client's Launch Pad settings, and then Import to all other Clients.
Skins for Client Interface
Skins for Client Login Interface choices are provided, in addition to a free downloadable kit to customize your own Client computer logon skins, as desired.
Scrolling Banner Promotions (Marquee)
Scrolling Banner Promotions (Marquee) are viewed at Start on all Client computers and are easy to customize for your own promotions. Write the message and then choose the font, background color and scrolling speed for display. You may have several different messages cycling as well.
Bandwidth Monitoring
Bandwidth Monitoring allows for optional bandwidth surcharges if individual session limits are exceeded, as set by your centre. Charges per unit of excess (e.g. MB or GB) are defined easily - and automatically presented in the POS. Automatically deducting minute equivalents from prepaid accounts or timecodes for the surcharges is also an option.
Reliably Controls All-sized Networks
Logo Branding option to easily display your own logo on all Client Computers within any of the CyberCafePro skins available for your selection. (Shown is the "OneRoof" logo within the Metallica skin option). Free Custom Skin Editor is available for downloading also.
Free Auto-Updates
Free Auto-Updates of latest Main Control Station (Server) & Client versions of CyberCafePro are provided at no charge. New features added and all improvements are included. You will see on-screen reminders to update (with up to 4 opportunities to defer). A condition of the free CyberCafePro license is that all users keep their Server and Clients up to date. Files sizes have been reduced significantly in CCP 6.0 -- so updates are fast. (Shown is MCS Update screen for both MCS and Clients.)
Database Maintenance
Database Maintenance provides automated Back-ups of your database at the frequency you set (daily is recommended).
Manual Timers
Manual Timers capture timed usage for devices other than computers such as PS2, Xbox 360, WiFi laptops, and even pool tables - and are displayed via selected icons on your MCS. Usage is presented on the POS. Accounts can also use pre-paid minutes for these devices.
Multi-Language

Custom Skin Editor
Custom Skin Editor is provided free for download to create your own custom designed and branded Client Logon & Desktop screens (Brazilian custom skin shown).
Launch Pad
Application Launch Bar is a unique and new CyberCafePro 6 option that provides your users with a visual and quick desktop launch pad for the most popular applications, as easily configured by you.
Printer Settings
Printer Pricing allows different per page price options for each named printer named on your Client-accessible network (e.g. color vs. black & white), automatic POS charging, and the option to deduct equivalent-value minutes (vs. add-on charges) if desired.
Print Monitoring
Print Monitoring captures the number of prints processed through POS sales (customer print requests from Clients automatically go to the POS) and also includes prints on your Main Control Station or Server. Comparison of both unit totals (POS units vs. network counts, soon to be displayed in OneRoof Reports) provides intelligence for possible loss of income via pilferage.
Inventory Item System
Inventory Item System includes options to pre-set item re-order warnings for any or all of the POS buttons used in CyberCafePro. Exports of lists provide overviews of items, pricing, current inventories as well.
User Account Memberships
User Account Memberships allows option to charge membership fees, with period-defined dated renewals, without which computer access would be denied. Membership privileges can also include access to special discounts.
Computer Time without Internet Access
Computer Time without Internet Access is new option that allows you to deny Internet access universally to any of the 3 modalities should you wish to offer discounted computer time for desktop-only uses and not incur any bandwidth expense (e.g. use Timecodes for discounted desktop-only access).
No Charge Option (Telecentres & Schools)
No Charge Option (Telecentres & Schools only) provides for pre-loading Accounts with computer time without charge, so that the benefits of management control and social metric measurements are all available, despite providing free access for the computer time.
Clone Client Settings
Export and Import of Client Program settings makes copying from one Client to another easy. Also Server can copy all Security settings to all Clients from the Main Control Station.
Discount
Discounts that you name (e.g. "student discount") are set for each discount, either as a percentage (%) or a fixed currency amount. Setting also include whether each Discount can be used for PC time, Printing and/or Other. Easy to set-up, easy to apply on POS (but only if Employee has been granted permission to apply discounts).
Language Module Editor
Free Language Module Editor is provided to help you localize CyberCafePro by yourself into other languages. Contact us to inquire re language of interest.
Custom Pricing Grids
Custom Pricing Grids are included to provide discounts by customer types, even different pricing by time-of-day, but for Play & Pay only (cyber cafes only).
Differential Pricing
Variable Computer Pricing option allows to charge more for certain Client computers than others, such as higher-end, faster gaming machines - and pricing computer time differently for them (using Play & Pay only, for cyber cafes or gaming centers).
Overtime Option
Session Overtime Option allows you to choose to either allow users to go into overtime and exceed their prepaid time; or instead present a warning to users to buy more time �with auto-shutdown of their computer session when their time runs out.
Pricing Options
Pricing Options allow you to set per session minimums in minutes (e.g. 5 or 10 minutes); charge less per minute if they buy more time ( e.g. more for first 15 mins; less for 2nd hour); and for Play & Pay (cyber cafes) set variable pricing by day of week and time of day. You can also apply off-peak discounts to either Timecodes or Accounts and limit the hours between which they can access the computers. CyberCafePro has extremely flexible pricing, is easy to set-up -- and exactly as desired.
Tax Setup
Tax Setup provides option to set up 3 different taxes and rates for each -- on all or just on any required and selected items or services.
Comprehensive Security Options
Comprehensive Security Options are many, including Blocking or Disabling selected Drives, Downloads, Hot-Keys, Control Panel access. MSN Messenger file transfer or auto update, IE features (e.g. Save, Save As, Open) and even Specific Windows (via a blacklist).
