
Set-up Individual Employees
Set-up Individual Employees allows CyberCafePro to track & tie all transactions to responsible Employees, as well as limit what functions they can or cannot do on both the MCS and Clients. (Employee with Administrative access required for Employees set-up).

Quick Copy Employees
Quick Copy Employees permits the cloning of existing employees to easily set-up new employees, including simple modify of any permissions for the new employee, as needed. (Employee permission or access required for Quick Copy).

Admin Role
Admin Role is provided by a simple "Check All" box under Employee setup to give Owners or Key Managers access to all functions and permissions. (Employee with Administrative access is required for checking "This employee has administrative access".)
Define Employee Roles are made by simply checking or un-checking of the permissions desired for each employee or "generic types" of employees created (which can then be copied as needed). Here shown are illustrative settings for a worker with basic or few permissions.

Employee Time Clock
Employee Time Clock tracks hours worked with simple one-click of In or Out by employees (while they are still individually logged in to the MCS).

CyberCafePro Online provides several additional employee controls that are available for viewing online, from anywhere via browser, 24x7.
