Accounts

Accounts provide customers or users with quick personalized logons for their remaining time, easily adding prepaid time to their accounts, builds loyalty, facilitates saving gamer profiles, and includes special pricing options. Also allows owners to assess the metrics of their users (gender, age, etc.)

Timecodes

Timecodes provide alphanumeric, anonymous, auto-generated logons to pre-defined and pre-paid timed customer or user sessions (cyber cafes only).

Play & Pay

Play & Pay allows customers to start a session without pre-paying, with operator then collecting payments from anonymous customers upon leaving. Pricing for computer time could easily vary by hours or even half-hour, as desired, by day of week (e.g. use to offer late night discounts).

[Not available for public Telecentres.]

Secure Controlled Access

Secure Controlled Access is built-in as part of the "DNA" underlying all features for all Client computers running on CyberCafePro, by the easy but flexible setting up of Employee Permissions for access specific functions on the Main Control Station (Server). Similarly, protections are built into the Client computer access, both by Employees and customers.

Auto-Connect

Auto-Connect of all Client computers to Main Control Station is built into CyberCafePro via Admin settings. Just turn on the Clients in the morning and they will all automatically present the CyberCafePro Start screen (with your chosen Client skin and business logo) -- and requiring a login and/or an OK from the Operator for access.

Employee Logons

Employee Logons are required for accessing the MCS and therefore track all sales, hours, discounts applied & much more - by each and every employee. (Auto-logoffs can be set after X minutes of idle time, for extra safety.)

End Sessions

Reboot

Reboot any individual Client (via right-click Client icon) or all Clients (via pull-down) simultaneously may be done directly from the MCS (but only by Employees with permission to access these commands).

All Clients Shortcuts

All Clients Shortcuts on the MCS allows the operator to change the Volume, Lock or Unlock, Reboot, Shutdown or Set to Windows all Clients (but only by Employees with permission to access these commands).

Shutdown

Shutdown any individual Client (via right-click Client icon) or all Clients (via pull-down) may be done directly from the MCS (but only by Employees with permission to access these commands). Also wake-up all Clients centrally from the Main Control Station without clicking the Power button on each computer (but requires wake-on-LAN enabled NIC cards).

Reservations

Reservations system allows you to save Client Computers for specific designated dates and times, automatically locking an available Client Computer X minutes before (as set by you) and displaying the customer name entered on the Client screen.

Adjust Volume

Adjust Volume on any individual Client or on all Clients simultaneously may be done directly from the MCS (but only by Employees with permission to access this command).

Transfer Sessions

Transfer Sessions between Client Computers are easily done without the user needing to even logoff. Thus they can move to favorite locations when they become available or closer to friends without losing any of the session data thus far.

Account Photo Capture

Account Photo Capture for Accounts ID's are easily and instantly made via a one-click web cam (though cameras and ID scans are also possible.)

Account Status

Account Status mouse-over of any Client icons on the MCS yields full session details, including the user name & photo (if prior captured).

Expiration Dates

Expiration Dates offer the option to automatically "Expire" and prevent access (without either a "membership" fee or seeing the Operator) for individual Accounts and either individual or batches of created Timecodes.

Automated End of Sessions options permit automated lock the computer, reboot, or run batch file at the end of each user session.
