Desktop Access
Desktop Access when enabled provides your Customers with a full desktop experience, including access to the Windows Start button. No longer are they confined to a "shell-like" environment within a "Client" computer. Rock-solid CCP Client security is the same as always, but your customers will like their Desktop Access.
Accounts
Accounts provide customers with quick personalized logons for any remaining time, allows customers to prepay and preload time; builds loyalty, facilitates saving gamer Profiles, offers additional pricing options - and allows owners to assess who their customers are (gender, age, etc.)
Time Status Bar
Time Status Bar provides users a visual status of time remaining (for prepaid Accounts and Timecodes), as well as an End Session Button.
Timecodes
Timecodes provide alphanumeric, anonymous, auto-generated logons to pre-defined and pre-paid and time-defined user sessions.

Pay & Play
Play & Pay allows customers to start a session without pre-paying, with operator then collecting payments from anonymous customers upon leaving. Pricing for computer time could easily vary by hours or even half-hour, as desired, by day of week (e.g. use to offer late night discounts).

Internet Access
Internet Access if enabled for Accounts, Timecodes and/or Play & Pay allows the session to launch the browser and access the Internet. If no Internet Access is enabled for one of the 3 modalities (Accounts, Timecodes or Play & Pay) Internet Access would be denied, presumably to offer discounted computer time (without bandwidth expense).
Customer Ordering
Customer Ordering from Client Computers to Operator/MCS is made easy and convenient via Chat & Order to the Operator (if enabled), without customer even getting up from their session. Automatically posts to POS and customer due amount.
Chat
Chat between Customers and Operator/MCS is two-way, private and easy to use, for help, ordering, questions without customer needing to leave their seat or computer.
Reservations
Reservations system allows you to save Client Computers for specific designated dates and times, automatically locking an available Client Computer X minutes before (as set by you) and displaying the name entered on the Client screen.
